About Us
The foundation of Paras Group of Companies was laid by Mr. Ashok Jain in the year 1982.
Mr. Ashok Jain started his career in the Techno-Marketing of Chemicals and Petrochemicals in the year 1970, after finishing his Post Graduation in Chemistry. He was then, engaged in the Marketing of Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Rubbers and Plastics offered by German Companies such as Bayer AG, Dynamite Nobel (Speciality Chemicals & Petrochemicals) Haarmann & Reimer (Aromatic Chemicals & Essential Oils), Reifen-Hauser (Plants & Machinery), Chemische Werke Huls (Plasticizers & Rubbers ), Degussa (Carbon Blacks, Aerosols and other chemicals), L W Fuller (Waxes), Ciba-Geigy (Stabilizers) and Japanese Companies namely Mitsubishi Corporation, Sumitomo Chemical Corpn.(Chemicals & Polymers), Mitsui Chemical Company and Dai-Ichi etc.
At the launch of Paras Polymers Pvt. Ltd., the main focus was to represent Blue Chip Multinational Companies and Public Sector Undertakings, both from the Domestic and International arena in the field of Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Rubbers and Plastics, for application in the Industries such as Paints and Printing Inks, Cosmetics & Pharmaceuticals, Insecticides & Pesticides (Agro Chemicals), Lamination & Plywood, Glass & Paper, Detergents, Leather, Rubbers, Plastics, Automobile and many others.
